Update - Layout Main City

For me the 10 : 10: 10 : 9 ratio works well

The debate between 9-12 Arms plants exist. It needs to considered speed vs. mass amount. Replacing 3 arms plants with civilian houses will increase ideal labour, but the speed of troop building will go down.
